Q) Where are located 

A) Our Scuba Shack is in a prime dive-site location and only 15-20 mins from Meads Bay, Rendezvous Bay and

Shoal Bay East Beach.

Q) Do you offer a shuttle Service

A) We do not offer a shuttle service, you are required to use a taxi or rental car at your cost to get to our

location.

Q) Arrival time:

A) Please arrive 20 mins prior to the stated activity start time.

Q) Are dives guided

A) Yes all dives are guided, we also offer an additional option for your own personal guide on our scheduled

trips

Q) What time does the scheduled morning dives return

A) The 9:00 am 2 tank dive and the 11:00 am 1 tank dive, returns to our shop around 12:30 pm 

Q) Types of dive-sites offered:

A) Dive sites offered are Sunken Shipwrecks and Reef Dives. We will do our best to accommodate diver's

preferences but cannot guarantee or promise any site or location on any given day

Q) Can anyone dive the schedule morning dives

A) You must be certified, as if you hold a PADI Scuba diver rating or are Open water but under 12 yrs of age,

you can only do the 11;00 am one tank scheduled dive due to depth limitations

Q) Equipment Rental 

A) Equipment rental is the same fee no matter if you have one or all items, we offer BCD, Reg, Wetsuit, Mask

,snorkel, fins and dive computer.

Q) Passengers on scheduled morning dives,

A) Dive sites on the scheduled dives are not suitable for snorkeling, non-diving passengers will not be able to

snorkel but are welcome on the boat.

Q) BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

A) Due to the exclusive service that we provide, Payment is required in advance to confirm your booking. Any

cancellation or changes to your confirmed reservation can affect the efficiency of our business operations 

therefore you are entitled to a full refund only when you cancel 48 hours prior to your confirmed booking. 

No-shows and cancellations less than 48 hours prior will result being charged in full for your booking. In

the event you have multiple days booked, you are only entitled to a refund where you cancel 48 hours prior to the confirmed date and time of the first booking.
